MEET BRITTANY
Brittany J. Hartman, MS LMHC, LCPC
In therapy, Brittany maintains an integrative approach, incorporating Cognitive-Behavioral, Narrative, Solution-Focused and Brainspotting therapies. She also places strong emphasis on self-care and mindfulness.
Brittany appreciates the importance of “being” with clients wherever they are on their journey. She feels honored and excited to witness clients’ self-discovery of their own “inner-expert” through the therapeutic process.
Brittany graduated from Depaul University in Chicago, and went on to attend Barry University in Miami, Florida earning a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology, specializing in Mental Health Counseling as well as Marriage and Family Therapy.
Brittany has studied at the Adlerian Training Institute in London, completed Charlie Verge’s intensive Couple Therapy Program and Mediation training through Mediation Works Incorporated.
She partners with All One Health to serve as an educator to Boston based institutions. Teaching on various wellness topics including; Grief and Stress Reduction in the Workplace.
Brittany additionally offers, “Brainspotting;” a neurophysiological technique which helps the brain utilize its own ability to heal itself from trauma stored in the body.
MEET ELIZABETH
Elizabeth Tarnavsky, MA, LMHC, LPCC
Elizabeth is a person-centered, strengths-based therapist committed to empowering and guiding people toward their happiest visions. As your therapist, she is part of your support team, directing your attention and providing strategies to help life run more smoothly for you. While we do work collaboratively, you're the one in charge of your life.
Elizabeth strives to create a safe space for people to share, and her intentions are to hear your concerns and create manageable goals. Perhaps you want to make peace with the past or explore what the future may look like. Armed with resources and listening ears, she's here to be a part of your journey as you release patterns that no longer serve you and transform your visions into reality.
Elizabeth graduated from Lesley University in Cambridge, and is trained in Expressive Therapy, a multimodal approach that may include movement, music, and the creative arts - as well as an interest in incorporating mindfulness and breathwork to address stressors.
Elizabeth particularly enjoys working with ambitious individuals who seek to improve performance, interpersonal relationships, or improve quality of life within work.
She also specializes in working with new(ish) moms and exploring post-partum life. Elizabeth will work with you toward that beautiful, satisfying life we all deserve.
